With two features and two shorts in pre-production, College Fund Productions aims to raise a financial reserve to assist in the completion of independent film and music projects for your enjoyment and consumption.
For each donation received to aid in the creation of low-budget films and records, College Fund Productions offers a token of gratitude in the form of an original Beanie Baby of commensurate donation value. Every Beanie offers VIP opportunities to follow along in the film-making process on location with College Fund Productions!
Where do these Beanie Babies come from?
The Beanie Babies available as a token of gratitude through Beanies For Screenies and College Fund Productions are recently-unearthed vintage deadstock original toys in warehouse packaging, brokered 30+ years ago by Patron Saint of the Bean, Lydia West.
The family founders of College Fund Productions are former owners of a Lincoln Park (Chicago) luxury florist and giftshop. Upon the sale of Bunches Flowers, the new owner made it clear that he was not at all interested in the remaining Beanies, as the trend was over.
